Project Title
1.Identify A Problem Statement
(Describe in details the problem you identified, what difficulties people face and how they are severely affected).
2.Show Available Existing Solutions (both locally & internationally)
Locally:
(Give examples about the locally available solutions, and explain what their disadvantages are, and why they don’t satisfy the user’s needs).
Internationally:
(Give examples about the available solutions in the international market, and explain what their disadvantages are, and why they don’t satisfy the user’s needs)
(If there are no existing solutions locally and internationally, explain how you reached this information)
3.Appraise the Proposed Solution
(Describe your proposed solution, what is it? Is it an App, a platform, a product, a service or a business model? Make sure that you mention what it does precisely, and how it does it. Discusshow its impact is on the user’s experience, and in what ways it improves this experience. What parties are involved in the process? What makes it different from the existing ones, if there are any?)
4.Defend the Argument of How Your Solution Solves the Problem
(Debatehow effective and efficient your solution would provide to its users/customers.
5.Assess the Solution Feasibility
(Explain to what degree your project can be easily, conveniently, or reasonably done, and that it is applicable within a time limit, with finite resources, and the estimated cost. What makes it sustainable. What makes it profitable.)
6.Discussthe Solution Value Proposition
(Select what value your solution offers to all users and partners. Persuade here how unique this value is and why everyone would find this value essential and unprecedented. Formulate what your solution would add or save; elaborate on its advantages.)
7.Support Your Idea with Relevant References and Resources
(Include here at least 3 resources you used in your research and reference them using APA Style. These resources can be articles, books, videos, interviews, or censuses. An example is given below)
