Chapter one of our textbook focuses on “lifelong learning and the learning settings of formal, nonformal, and informal.” Additionally, “We know from research studies and our own personal experiences that adults are extensively engaged in learning whether or not this learning is formally recognized” (p. 21). So please describe a learning activity you have been recently engaged in. Did your learning involve technology?
