Delightful Dancers, Inc., an exotic strippers' association, was holding its annual stripper Convention in Baton Rouge, LA. Betty Boops, although retired from stripping, still held a seat on the board of Directors of Delightful Dancer, Inc. Boops, now a fashion designer, decided to make a low cut, midriff tee shirt that read ” Naked, Naked- Wild Thoughts” written on the front, with the organization name Delightful Dancers, Inc. written across the back. Although the organization did not sell the tee-shirts they did provide a ” free” tee shirt to all members of Delightful Dancer, Inv. and guest who paid their registration fees for the annual convention. DJ khalid who was in attendance at the convention saw the tee shirt and now wants to bring suit against Betty Boops and Delightful Dancer, Inc. for copyright and/or trademark infringement.
