There are a number of emerging approaches that modern organizations are adopting to structure their organizational administrative functions. In Module 2 concepts of outsourcing, shared services and call centers are discussed. In Module 3, the virtual office and telework concepts are discussed. Select and discuss any two (2) of these modern and emerging approaches that an organization might adopt to structure its administrative management function. Further, draw on the insights from Module 1 to critically analyze the influential factors that might explain why your two chosen structures are being adopted instead of, and are more beneficial than, traditional approaches towards organizational administration.
