Introduction
The introduction explains the purpose of the report, and the analysis/description that will be provided to the reader (only needs to be brief).
Discussion or Body
The body contains the substance of the report, which is separated into topic/discussion areas using numbered headings and subheadings. You may use broad level headings to separate different elements of analysis, and then use sub-headings to break down your analysis under each heading according to different ideas/topics.
The body of the report will need to identify and critically analyse the key HR issues from the case information provided. You will need to identify, using relevant HR literature, the potential HR ramifications of each of the issues identified.
You will need to answer the following questions:
• What are the issues and what is their impact
• What does the literature tell us about these issues and their potential ramifications for organisations?
Conclusion
Needs to provide an overview of key findings from the report discussion/body
The recommendations provided need to provide a justified course of action which addresses and overcomes the issues identified in the report discussion. We are expecting to see each recommendation well supported by academic literature.
We are expecting to see at least three contemporary recommendations that align with the growth strategy of the business, as well as the current business environment.
