Create a visual presentation describing the application of effective project management
processes, methodologies and knowledge areas. Describe how project management relates
to project success/failure and the possible consequences when project management
practices are not effectively implemented in projects.
NOTE: Master of Business Information Systems students must use an IT project as an
example in this assessment.
Your presentation will contain 6 – 10 slides using a technology of your choice (e.g. MS
