You must have a relationship with the staff before you can effectively operate as an instructional coach. Your goal is to create a district-wide instructional video for instructional coaches and leaders teaching them how to build these relationships.
You will need at least one other person included in your script to role-play as an actor in your Building Relationships Instructional. The main job of the actor is to play the role of a teacher, with you as the instructional coach, to demonstrate the two different approaches to building trusting relationships with students and the two strategies for communicating effective descriptive feedback for adult students.
In 500-750 words, write a script addressing:
- The importance of building relationships with adult students;
- Two different approaches to building trusting relationships with students; and
- Two strategies for communicating effective descriptive feedback for adult students.
