On arrival you find Barack sitting in his lounge chair, with his wife Michelle in attendance.
Barack informs you he recently retired from a very stressful job, and has been getting increased periods of chest pain since his successor took over. He states that his health is generally good. Today however his pain came on suddenly (8 out of 10) and is crushing in nature.

- Pain not made worse on inspiration
- No history of recent trauma or illness
