You will prepare report with your budget’s project development analysis to the CFO and the enterprise executive management team. You will also include an initial budget implementation phase project plan for the corporate budget review cycle.

IMPORTANT:

This project report should be 18-20 pages so I will put additional content and editing later on so just focus on writing as much content for this job. I will take care of the title, opening, introduction, company background, conclusion, etc.

Create an IT Financial Management Budget Implementation Plan, covering the project budget, initial acquiring costs, transition process, and future maintenance costs. Explain why these SAP products are beneficial for their company. Why should they implement these product with their system or replace their old system with these SAP products. Elaborate what and how much hardware and software products needed in order for these SAP products to operate (see “budget template excel.xlsx” for example). Also mention how long to implement these SAP products into their system. (Gantt chart excel template.xlsx)

Sources for this project should be mostly from online webpages as this is an online research project (use APA format) (put around 1 page of reference). Appendixes and reference lists are not included in the length of the paper. Your report document must include the following formatting specifications:

• Cover page with your name, course name, report title, and date.
• Include page numbers in the table of contents and in the Footer section of the text.
• The paper’s margins are “1” inch.
• Minimum number of written content is five (8-10) pages. Does not include the cover, TOC, References and Appendix sections.
• Do not include long bulleted lists as content. If you have to use a list, it should be written as an introduction to a discussion or explanation.
• Do not use short paragraphs will filler line spacing.
• Do NOT use Footnotes.
• Budget spreadsheet and Implementation Plan Gantt chart screen capture graphics belong in the Appendix section. Do not include graphics in the report text.
