Assignment is the proposed change program for Aviva. Using change literature and theory you need to address the following four questions:

1. Analyse and discuss how the problems and challenges of leading and managing change can be addressed with an appropriate change strategy for Aviva

2. What specific change interventions do you propose to use and when in the change process?

3. How will you address the issues of sustaining change / enabling continuous change in the longer term?

4. Critically reflect on the limitations of your change programme and how these might be addressed
