The Enterprise Note application is an online service to users within an enterprise. The users will need to setup a new account within the Enterprise Note service. All users can create a note; the user who created a note is the owner of that note. All users have access to the list of registered users. A note can be shared with other users providing either read access or read/write access, which is set per user. Apart from metadata required to administer the note, a note just contains text. Users should not be required to provide a name for the note. The following additional features are required within the Enterprise Note service. 1. Find a note Users can search for a note in the entire Enterprise Note service by providing a text pattern. Valid text patterns are specified below. All notes that satisfy the text pattern become available to the user, provided they have at least read access. Users can continue to search within the selected notes by providing text patterns. Users can also clear the list of selected notes, after which searching will apply to all notes in the Enterprise Note service 2. Analyse a note Users can count occurrences of specified text snippets within a single note. Text snippets are expressed using a text pattern (specified below)
