HIS IS ONE PAGE ASSIGNMENT
A patient presents to the outpatient environment complaining of headache. The headache is located in the right temporal region. Described as dull and aching, pain 5 out 10. It has been present for month and seems to be getting worse. The patient denies trauma. The patient reports little relief with acetaminophen. Sneezing and sudden changes in position worsen the pain. On physical examination there is a positive Romberg, the patient falls to the right. What differential diagnoses should be considered? What diagnostic tests are indicated?
