*A 35-year-old patient fell off the bike and sustained multiple skin lacerations that were repaired in the emergency room. Per procedure note: A 2.7 laceration of the scalp was repaired in a single layer. Another 3.0 laceration of the arm was also repaired in a single layer. The patient sustained an additional 1.5 laceration of the arm was repaired in layers (intermediate) along with a 2.0 complex laceration of the nose that was also repaired.
*An 83-year-old male presented with 2 baso-cellular cancerous lesions of the skin, one on the cheek that was 3 cm in diameter (an additional 1 cm margin total was resected). The second lesion was located on the neck and this one was only 0.6 cm in diameter but required the excision of an additional 5 cm total margin.
*35-year-old female with eczema (30% of the body surface area compromised with infected skin), a debridement of the 30% body surface area compromised was performed.
