Research report on Retroactive Interference – memory test which involves retroactive interference

This CA requires students to submit a research report based on an in-class experiment.  In the experiment students participate in a memory test which involves retroactive interference. The lecturer collects data from each participant and conducts statistical analysis of the data. Therefore, the results section is written by the lecturer and the task of the students is to create a report including an abstract, a review of the relevant literature, a method section, the results section provided by the lecturer, a discussion section, and references. The results section will be posted in Moodle.

The CA will be further discussed in class and students will be given guidelines and directed to useful resources.  See Moodle for useful material and forum discussion.

The breakdown of marking will be as follows:

New data driven technologies have transformed advertising and marketing practices. Write an essay that critically reflects and discusses these changes by focusing on one area. the area I will be choosing is the cookies and personalised search, so the cookies help the companies track our likes and dislikes on social media so they target the customers accordingly and this makes it a marketing strategy. I will attach some readings you should reference from, and please follow all the instructions I gave you and if you have any question please let me know ‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍ .

Building Environment Analysis and Improvement Design Energy efficiency enhancement through the refurbishment and retrofitting of existing buildings

2. Tasks  Literature review on energy efficient buildings and options to reduce noise, save energy and have less impact on the environment resulting in a building contributing to better health, comfort and well-being.  Select an individual building in the campus of the Bradford University and find some key features of the selected building, such as the shape/structure types, dimensions, construction materials, direction, outside environment and views, inside arrangement etc. (first visit). You may use a Google/bing map to find the basic shape and get using “Google Maps Area Calculator Tools” general knowledge of windows, doors and floor height dimensions. To measure the building one can find tools online or use one of the tools listed below:  http://www.freemaptools.com/area-calculator.htm  http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-google-maps-area-calculator-tool.htm  Onsite visits, investigation and data….

do you think the Russia investigation is valid

As managers, we ultimately want to select the highest level of measurement possible, although this is not always possible. I found an article that discusses levels of measurement in recent media coverage. On August 7, 2018, an opinion piece was published in the New York Times (link:https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/07/opinion/a-lesson-for-journalists-from-todays-tv.html) regarding what the author believes is a “reductive picture of society” that media paints today. Specifically, the author cites a September 2017 interv ‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍ iew that was conducted by Oprah Winfrey where Oprah asks a number of yes-or-no questions, such as “do you think the Russia investigation is valid?” This then creates two groups (those who think the investigation is valid and those who do not). The author is frustrated that this type of questioning ignores a more complex picture. In my opinion(make sure you do this for….

identify threats that Halo Top might encounter in the near future? – Analyse the changes that were made with the introduction of the 13th Doctor, and the parameters that the writers and Jodie Whittaker have worked with

Halo Top has been taking the ice cream market by storm with its “decadent but healthy” offer. Discuss how Halo Top is disrupting the market—what is its strategy, and what does it need to do in order to succeed?

“Decadent but healthy” or “healthy indulgence” has traditionally been a tricky proposition, because health and indulgence seem to be diametrically opposed to each other. While there are many foods and drinks that could claim the label, it is much more difficult to fashion an identity that would appeal to the right audience (i.e., capture decadent food-lovers with something that looks healthy, or catch health-concious consumers with something that looks like Gü).

Halo Top, along with a few other new brands, are trying to disrupt the ice cream market by positioning….

focus on one character or any number of them. To a certain character, a text may mean the road to salvation. To another, it may contain the knowledge of the universe.

In most cases, reading, understanding and interpreting precedes a translation. As a novel in which important events take place around a library and the books in it, many characters in The Name of the Rose eagerly reveal their attitude towards texts and the knowledge they presume to be contained in them. Write a five-page paper discussing your interpretation of such attitudes and ideas that the characters have. You may focus on one character or any number of them. To a certain character, a text may mean the road to salvation. To another, it may contain the knowledge of the universe. To yet another, it may mean both, neither, or something entirely different. The paper should be an academic expository writing with the corresponding structure and languag ‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍ e….
