Overview
You are to develop a career planning strategy for a group of staff members who are leaving your organisation within three months and seeking employment in the HRM/HRD field within another organisation. In your response to the following question please specify the industry sector.
The two questions for Task 2 are:
− In your HRD career planning strategy report what key factors would you advise staff to focus on when applying for a HR position in another company?
− Why are adult learning principles important and how can we apply these learning theories into our advice to staff?
This task will be assessed against the following criteria:
– Key issues relating to the question have been developed
– Analysis and synthesis of relevant HRD literature
– Ideas and assertions substantiated through use of high-quality reference material and key academic perspectives/views have been used
– Clearly written style (spelling, grammar, syntax etc.) and appropriate RMIT Harvard style referencing (in-text and list of references, following Easycite)
