Assume you are the CEO of any organization of your choice. What would you want to know about your industry competitiveness? How competitive is it? How would you use this information toward the development of your winning strategy? Discuss.

Guidelines for Class Discussion:
- Grading is based on the content of each original posting and the content of the replies. You are expected to write your postings using your own words while using the terminology and concepts learned from this course.
- Minimum 2 paragraphs (200 words) that provide substantiated discussion are required for the initial post. Minimum 1 paragraph (100 words) that provide substantiated discussion is required for each responding post.
- Research is required and please include references and links to where you found the information. APA Citation Style is also expected in the online forums; that is, if you add any extra knowledge or facts, you need to include the source from which you found the information.
- Copying the contents from other sources or internet without quote, paraphrasing, and citation is unacceptable and will get 0 points. The discussion will be graded on the rubric posted in Moodle.
