CONTENT OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
Prepare a written report using the critical analysis of the following topic: the last time when person/persons of your group assignment went out with his/her/their friends to a bar/restaurant or nightclub. In this sense,
(1) you should analyze the consumer decision-making process(problem recognition, information search, evaluation criteria, product/service choice and outcomes (satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the purchased product/ service)) that you used in arriving at a decision as to where to go and what to order;
(2) in case of dissatisfaction, what part of a marketing strategy (4P´s) you would improvein order to help consumer to make better decision-making process.
