Note: Job description must include the Task, Duties & Responsibilities.
Job Specification means the KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Ability) of the Job.
3) Job design of the chosen department or a position in the company based on design for efficiency, motivation, safety & health (ergonomics) and mental capacity. – 400 Words (+/- 10%)
Note: It must be related to the Job Description and with at least 2 Job Design Dimension (e.g. Mental/Health etc).
4) Recruitment strategies and its implementation for the chosen department or a position in the company. – 500 Words (+/- 10%)
Note: Must have at least 2 internal and external recruiting platforms.
Platform means Electronics Job Portal.
5) Selection strategies and its implementation for the chosen department or a position in the company. – 500 Words (+/- 10%)
Note: It must be related to the Job Position with at least two to three selection approaches.
6) Conclusion including how the company can benefit and add value based on the analyses and strategies presented (e.g. Orientation, Training, Development or Employee Engagement etc). – 100 Words (+/- 10%)
