This car cinema is going to be similar to every other car cinemas but a bit unique and developed. It should have all needed employees who are serving there but at the same time; some of them are technician, bar tender, first aiders, car mechanics (in case of car fault), security guards and website developer, which also has a ticket purchasing link. In this cinema, there should be safety standards, enough room for cars, candy bar with different food, radio speakers in car listening, 2 screens and etc.
This assignment have seven sections:
- Proposal and feasibility
- Project organisation
- Management issues and effectiveness
- plan
- resources and cost plan
- project risk assessment
- contracts and quality plan
- You are required to write about management issues and effectiveness (section 3, lecture ppt 2 in the attached file). and contracts and quality plan (section 7, lecture ppt 6 in the attached files, Note the type of contracts should be also from the slides).
- The way you are supposed to discuss each part should be referred to by the lectures as every lecture attached explains one part, For example to talk about part 3 you should be looking at lecture ppt 2 in order to know what to talk about.
- The assignment writing instructions and points to talk about are also provided in the attached files (please do not ignore the instructions).
- The assignment instructions are divided to part A&B. you have to do part A only of the assignment instructions the part 3 and 7.
- You should be looking to use five resources for each part with total of 10 resources for both parts (part 3 should have five resources & part 7 should have five resources).
- This is a group assignment and it is going to be presented in a PowerPoint slides (two slides for each part). However, there should be a note script that contain an explanation for the slides. I do not want you to create a power point slides (my job to do) but I want you to write the script in a word document as an essay of word count of 750 for each part, so total of 1500.
