2.Critique the actual decision, i.e. what went well or wrong in the decision making (KM) process (supported by evidence from the case) in terms of the adoption and use of relevant KM technologies (e.g. have they followed an appropriate decision making process).

3.How do you think the company’s business performance could be improved through better use of KM technologies and decision analysis theories you have learned (i.e. your recommendation on KM and DM)?
Illustrated diagrams and datas are highly recommended please.
