The question of talent relative to work-performance can be seen as an occupational affiliation with that of corporate culture and organizational goals. Moreover, work culture can be centred on an ideational relationship of mutual-equivalence between occupational groups and a corporate organisation(s).
Task
Based on the above supposition, critically discuss:
- the complexity of corporate culture and worker identity – applied to occupational group(s) and their behaviour based on a business climate requiring incremental and/or discontinuous change.
Note: the assignment is to be applied specifically to the hospitality industry.
