The COVID-19 pandemic is raising new questions in terms of organisation. In particular, a number of articles have discussed the pros and cons of working from home during the pandemic, such as wellbeing, performance, parent-non parents divide, health, motivation, etc (see Merino & Ware’s articles and podcast as starting point, 2021a; 2021b). Now that the restrictions are easing, your organisation is taking the opportunity to rethink its HR strategy: should the company allow more flexible work arrangements as a long-term strategy?
