Strengths:
Company has a well-structured selection process for a new candidate. It promotes giving chance to the young graduates who are college pass outs that proves that company has a good induction and training system in place. Selection process is multi-tier i.e. manager and senior managers are involved in the selection process which ensures that best talents are hired for the job.
Weakness:
Company seems to be promoting the recruitment of hard workers not the people who can think innovative or out of box, which may not be good in a long run. Primary level screening of the candidate is totally based on the hiring traits of a single person Mr. Joe Miller who is not well versed with the whole process. Job advertisement methods are more conventional or traditional rather than being more advanced.
