If you have not already done so, begin a journal of your journey as a therapist in training. Record several times a week what you are learning, what you are struggling with, and what you want to remember. List areas of weakness that you intend to work on. Explore unresolved personal issues that are triggered by the work you are doing. Write down feedback you are hearing about your interpersonal and helping skills. Discuss what puzzles, confuses, excites, and interests you the most. Write about what frightens you. Talk about the transformations in your personality, your behavior, and your relationships that you are noticing.
