Project Design:
Kido Library Web Application (KLWA) Kido Library (KL) wants to develop a simple web application to manage services for kids. The application will allow users to access some services online. Some examples for these services include membership, loan, and search for resources, reserve resources, return and many other features. The project requires launching in August 2022. You have just completed your bachelor’s studies and got an opportunity to work on this project. You need to design this application based on the library’s requirements.
Question:

1. Create a Work Breakdown Structure that lists all the steps to complete the project.
2. Develop PERT/CPM chart explaining the early and late start for each task. Identify the critical path and the total time to finish the project.
