d. Assume that Mrs. Hinoshita agrees to issue an employee handbook listing the reasons for which an employee can be fired. Draft such a list. Are the reasons listed fair to both Mrs. Hinoshita and the employees? How could you make them fairer?
e. If the employees and Mrs. Hinoshita disagreed on the acceptable reasons for firing people, what other process might be used to come to an agreement that both sides can live with? Should Mrs. Hinoshita care whether the other employees support her firing decisions or think her rules are unfair? Explain your reasons.
