In this situation, a young mother has requested a conference about her 3-year-old son who spends a great deal of time in the housekeeping area in the classroom. He also plays with dolls, washes dishes, and dresses up in a skirt and high heels at home. The father is very upset and annoyed by this behavior and has pressured the mother into calling for a conference. The father is unable to attend the conference. The roles are as follows:
