Write a 4-page (double spaced, times new roman, 12-point font, 1-inch margins) paper on the topic of how religion relates to the recent protests for racial justice in policing and specifically the Black Lives Matter movement. I want you to incorporate insights from the course lessons and readings to reflect on how religion (1) influences the situation, (2) is influenced by the situation, and (3) helps us understand what’s going on. YOU DO NOT NEED TO INCORPORATE OUTSIDE SOURCES. You’re more than welcome to do research on the facts of COVID-19 or the BLM movement, but I don’t expect to see a lot of citations other than stuff we’ve referenced in class.
