Part 1

Your supervisor has told your work group that you and your colleagues will soon be converting to a new computer-based record-keeping system that will eliminate some of the course participant files that you have been maintaining in separate Excel spreadsheets. There has been little discussion of this new system so far, and you want to know more about it. Discuss the following:
