Please use paper guideline.doc for the case study.doc, i also attached “my thought-flow chart.doc” of how i see things could be addressed. Books used for the course are 1) Essentials of Pathophysiology by Carol Mattson Porth 2) Focus on Nursing Pharmacology by Amy M. Karch. Charts/diagrams and bullet points/listing/itemized things are fine to use. Use these two books as main references, but an additional ref. is ok also.
