For this assignment, write a three- to four-page paper to address the following:
- What were the project objectives?
- Why did the scope-creep problem occur? What was the chain of events that resulted in scope creep?
- How did the scope creep adversely affect the project objectives?
- What project metrics could have been used to discover the scope-creep issue in a timely manner?
- What could be done differently to prevent scope-creep issues from occurring? How the impact of these different courses of action or any improvements would have been reported by project performance metrics.
