To what extent is the court’s approach regarding the interpretation of section 35(4) of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 concerning the lapse of a reasonable time, reflecting an appropriate balance between meeting the commercial needs of the seller and providing sufficient protection to the buyer in a business to business transaction?

The research project is about the “ Reasonable Time” and “Lapse of Reasonable Time” in relation to Section 35 of SALES OF GOODS ACT.
I have added 2 essay examples that were provided by the University. Both got 70%.
I am aiming for at least 75% but this is the style in which the essay should look like.
In each essay there are the main sources that are needed or that appeared in most of the other papers.
It would be ideal if 10 other similar sources would appear in the new essay.
Main idea of the essay is to be a critical analysis of the material relevant to section 35 of SGA.
For example- it was asked that cases such as Bernstein or Clegg to be little described but more to show their relevance in relation to the law and to be critically discussed.
The 3500 words to be JUST FOR THE ESSAY NOT THE ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY.
