You will also demonstrate your knowledge in the use of tools and techniques for requirements elicitation and reporting.To construct this assessment, you are required a write a portfolio in each week from Week 3 to Week 8. Each portfolio should demonstrate your reflection on the corresponding week’s topic(s) mentioned below.1. Week 3: (i) PESTLE analysis; and (ii) SWOT analysis2. Week 4: The business analysis process model3. Week 5: (i) Activity sampling; and (ii) Document analysis4. Week 6: The knowledge audit process5. Week 7: The business activity model (BAM)6. Week 8: McKinsey’s 7-S modelIn each portfolio, you will provide a brief introduction of the topic(s) (method/process/model), how the method/process/model works, stakeholders involved, inputs and outputs, how it helps business analysis and its benefits. You also need to include figures, diagrams and illustrations to improve the quality of presentation.Each portfolio should contain approximately 500 words. You need to include at least three references (including at least two academic references) in each portfolio. You also need to make sure that the references are cited in the text and the portfolios are free from any grammatical and spelling errors.A template MS Word file for Assessment 2 will be provided on the Moodle unit site. You need to use this template to compose your weekly portfolio collection.Assessment SubmissionYou must submit your weekly portfolio collection as an MS Word file to Moodle for marking by the due date and time. Caution: Submission of an unexpected file attracts a penalty. It is your responsibility to submit the final and correct version of your assignment.Assessment CriteriaYou will be assessed based on your ability to critically reflect on the business analysis concepts mentioned in the task description.The marking criteria for the assessment are as follows.• Reflection: 15 marks• Referencing: 6 marks• Communication skills: 6 marks• Presentation and organisation: 3 marks
