The focus of the paper is on taxing illegal gains in Nigeria to be discussed in the light of current tax policies, laws and tax administration. Illegal gains in this case include Corruption, prostitution, kidnapping etc.
Chapter 1 should contain;
1.1. Abstract
1.2 Background of the study
1.3 Statement of the Problem
1.4 Operational Definitions
1.5 Scope and Delimitation of the Study
1.6 Research Questions
1.7 Theoretical Framework
1.8 Research Methodology
1.9 Literature review
1.10 Discussion of the Literature
You may then proceed to write chapters 2-5 based on the Table of content attached to in a document called “draft chapter 1” which is attached alongside other materials I have gathered overtime on the subject.
I believe the National Tax Policy 2017 is one of the most important documents to rely on when writing on the Policy section.
Please feel free to use documents attached and seek out your own materials where you believe they will be more relevant to the topic.
Attached all the materials I have collated on the subject over time.
Most importantly, I would appreciate if I receive the paper chapter by chapter so that I can get sufficient approval from my supervisor before I proceed to the next chapter.
