Tribbles are small furry creatures that look like powder puffs. The state argues that tribbles multiply quickly if not kept in a controlled area and can hurt the environment. The ban goes into effect on June 1. Jim is a tribble dealer who lives in Nirvana and buys them from Leonard who lives in the adjacent state of Grace. Uhura is on medication for her seizure attacks which happen when she is exposed to flashing lights. While in the store, the display goes off and Uhura has an attack. She causes $10,000 worth of damage but also ends up with $5,000 worth of medical bills. She sues Jim who later also files a countersuit.
