Your paper should be structured as follows:

I. Introduction (general information about the Slow Food movement, topic of paper, choice of chapters for analysis)
II. Research procedure (what did you do to investigate the topic? what kind of information did you seek and obtain?)
III. Research results (report on the Slow Food movement and chapter activities in response to the pandemic, both globally and in the communities where the chapters are located)
IV. Conclusion (explain how you think the movement is or is not having an impact on major food issues in the current context)
