Context:
Assessment 3 provides the opportunity for you to individually present both phases of the
project in a clear, succinct, memorable and engaging way to the Client. This stage of a
business consulting projects is critical to your professional reputation. You will present to
the real Client in that professional context.

Instructions:
You are required to:
Focus on summarising your Recommendation Report, refer to the Research Report where
appropriate. You should address the key elements of the Recommendation Report and use
a supportive medium such as PPT slides or Prezi to add value to the presentation.
Your Learning Facilitator must approve your delivery method/tools in advance. Do not
commence work on your delivery method/tools before you obtain approval.
The presentation should have a logicalstructure and flow, including key elements such as:
1) An “opener” (engage the audience)
2) Clear objectives
3) A starting overview of the presentation
4) The findings and recommendations
5) A summary
6) The “bottom line” and call to action
The use of visuals to highlight critical messages is recommended.
Submission Instructions:
Online students
You are to create a power point, prezi or like presentation and load it to blackboard for the
Learning Facilitator to review. You are to record your presentation using Zoom. Instructions
will be found under assessment 3 information. The Learning Facilitator will review your
power points at the same time they view the zoom recording.
Face-to-face students
Your presentation will be in front of the Client so please dress professionally. Please be
available for questions and answers at the end.

Both Face to Face and Online Students are to submit the assessment via the Assessment link
in the main navigation menu in BIZ304 by the end of week 12. The facilitator will provide
feedback via the Grade Centre in the LMS portal. Feedback can be viewed in My Grades.
Students will be assessed on their ability to present effectively to a Client, including the
presentation format and the fluidity of the actual presentation.
