2. List the steps you would urge them to take to avoid possible contract rescission on grounds of mistake or misrepresentation.

Locate information for the Statute of Frauds for the state in which you live (Texas).

Then, write a memo on the following items:

1. Explain which exceptions this chapter discusses that the Statute of Frauds, in your state, either has or does not have.

2. Explain which exceptions you would either add or remove from the ones your state currently recognizes.
