1. TOPIC and QUESTION

This is the topic you begin with after you have read the “Exploring the Roots of Inequality: Gender and Race” item about the Slave Voyages Website. 4. REFLECTION

Discuss what you learned from this research process. Note, for example, if you had to revise your question in order to find useful information in Slave Voyages. Comment on the value of primary sources in historical research. Write in complete sentences in at least 100 but no more than 250 words.

5. CITATIONS

Cite sources in Chicago Notes and Bibliography style. The Writing Guides Module includes aids and information about Chicago Notes and Bibliography style.

6. Type the above information in your word processing program to allow you to save your post as a document there.

7. Copy and paste the text into this discussion as your post following
