Remember ‘why’ and ‘how’ e.g. hire sales people – what impact did this have on your income statement? Could you have made a better decision?
- Briefly highlight and discuss why it is critical (for you) to select particular Team Norms and Personal Goals
Discuss Finance & Accounting Decisions – why?
- All your decisions were made expecting results – what were your expectations from these decisions
- For your analysis – I need to see specific numbers (units, %, $ etc.) to justify your reasoning – don’t assume I know what you are presenting. You could add a graphic if relevant
- You must have a cover page – name of company; your names and responsibilities (this will be common for all assignments)
- 5 pages maximum– I need to see logical thinking, coherent analyses and crisp writing. In this course I have very stringent requirements on what is acceptable in terms of analysis, writing, page length etc.
- I will deduct points for poor writing, formatting and errors
- Cite sources (in text citation e.g. market potential, Q2, marketing research)
