1) Use the CentralityMetricsjar file to determine the Degree (DEG), Eigenvector (EVC), Closeness (CLC), Betweenness (BWC) and LCC’DC values of the vertices and show the result. 2) Determine the Spearman’s rank-based correlation coefficient between the EVC and LCC’DC metrics. Show all the work.
3) Determine the Kendall’s concordance-based correlation coefficient between the CLC and BWC metrics. Show all the work. 4) Determine the Pearson’s correlation coefficient between the BWC and LCC’DC metrics. Show all the work. You should NOT use Excel to determine the correlation coefficient. 5) Conduct a regression analysis to predict the BWC values using the LCC’DC values and determine the Standard Error of Residuals of this regression You can use Excel to determine the regression equation. 6) Determine Partial Correlation Coefficient of BWC and LCC’DC given the DEG metric. You can use Excel to determine the Pearson’s correlation coefficients.
