One of the tasks of an instructional designer is to take a storyboard (or portions of a storyboard) that may have been designed by another ID, and convert it into a working product. For this assignment you will use the partial storyboard provided below and create a Lectora executable (.exe) according to the specifications on each storyboard slide. You are encouraged to be creative, put your own design interpretation into the final product, and fill in any observed gaps in the content as you feel necessary or that is otherwise instructed. You are welcome to insert video, audio, and animations where interpretation is appropriate, though these items are not required. Click here to access the storyboard. Note: This Storyboard is an example of what to include in your Lectora title and may be accompanied by instructor modifications. Though this list is not exhaustive, be sure to include and to demonstrate your ability to do the following: ? Create your title using a Shaded Border Presentation design unless otherwise specified ? Create chapters and pages ? Add text, buttons, actions, images, navigational components, screenshots, display messages, pop-up windows, a menu, and launch documents ? Publish offline in .exe ? Follow the instructions in Lectora for the “Publish for Offline Use” option to publish your Lectora file to the Single File Executable format. Submit your assignment in this .exe format. The maximum Lectora published file size submitted to your individual submitted files area cannot exceed 20MB unless the file is submitted in compressed form (.zip). Compressed files (.zip) not to exceed 200MB.
