I have chosen the topic “HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE LEADER AND ITS MANAGEMENT”.
So please write a project about this topic and please follow all the instructions and marking scheme as written in the instructions file I uploaded.

The project has two parts: progress report and final report.
The progress report is more like an abstract of the final report.

I also attached a sample of the report, but with no abstract. Please follow the exact structure in page 2, just don’t follow the contents.
