In Connection to Country: Review of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) (2015) the Australian Law Reform Commission (‘ALRC’) made a number of recommendations in relation to the definition of native title in the Native Title Act. Explain and evaluate the recommendations proposed by the ALRC. In your answer, consider the development of native title law and whether reform of the law is necessary. Also, discuss alternative recommendations considered by the ALRC; the relationship between native title at common law and under the Native Title Act and any relevant scholarly sources
