You may need to discuss training needs with the service providers, line managers and senior Human Resources staff, such as the recruitment of a new marketing manager. You need to discuss the training needs required for this situation. Make specific reference to developing both skills and knowledge.
- Discuss and present a training plan to address identified training needs and the methods to be used. Show how this approach will address underperformance of human resources team or service providers. The Training Needs Analysis should be able to assess any skill, competency or knowledge gaps. Through regular reviews, you will be able to identify any irregularities in the key measures of the SLA.
