Go to the National Invasive Species Information Center website and choose a species.. You can choose an aquatic species, plant or animal from the Browse by Subject menu on the left side of the page.

THEN DO THE FOLLOWING
• The name of the organism, both the common and scientific name. (Remember: scientific names should be italicized, which you can do in your post by selecting the HTML editor)
• A physical description of the organism and a link to a photograph (A URL is not a hyperlink.)
• Identify the native habitat of the organisms and where it is invading
• Describe why it is a pest
