Managerial psychology deals with effectiveness of persons and organizations
Managerial psychology in human resource helps to have better knowledge of behavior
It helps to instill a desired behavior in the workplace
Managerial psychology is a sub-division within psychology that is concerned about the effectiveness of the people and organizations. Human resource management needs to have these skills as they help in providing good leadership in the workplace (Analoui, 2018). At the same time, it is important because it helps to nurture the right behaviors in the department. This is important because it helps the managers to enhance the performance of the organization and unravel the potential of the employees.

Managerial psychology in human resources assists in development of lifestyles
HR managers will have knowledge in screening and selection processes
They can determine how staff would adapt to organizational culture
Managerial psychology is important in human resource management because it helps to develop behaviors which are in line with the established culture. The managers are also able to effectively engage in the screening and selection processes (Baccar, Ezzeddine & Bouri, 2016). The managers are also able to use the psychological aspects to determine the behavior patterns in the workplace. Therefore, the human resource management can join the organization in building organizational culture which is finally passed down to the staff.

However, the impact of personnel psychology and organizational psychology and its impact in human resource management remain not well covered.
Many organizations use the human resource department as a central point to manage the affairs of the employees. The decisions made affect the outcomes. Therefore, competence in personnel and organizational psychology helps to manage the aspects affecting the employees such as relationships. This is important because with proper relations it is possible to advance the strategic goals and achieve them. It is also a way of ensuring that the employees adapt to the organizational culture and understand the importance of holding to what the organization believes in.

In this study, qualitative analysis will be used
Extensive review of literature will be conducted
Interviews will also be used to collect relevant data
The study question will be; what are the benefits of managerial psychology in Nigerian human resource management
In this study, literature review will be used to gain information on the managerial psychology. Nigeria is a country which has several people majoring in human resource management (Hu et al., 2018). It is important to ensure that there are proper skills in dealing with the workforce. Managerial psychology prepares the young human resource personnel to understand how to properly establish relationships and manage the company culture. It also establishes a point of understanding on how to deal with deviant behaviors to achieve the common goal of the organization.

Study Design
This study will be a descriptive study
It will deal with the impact and benefits of managerial psychology in Nigerian human resource management within the Civil Service.
This study will focus on what is managerial psychology in human resource management. When it is applicable in this area, who are supposed to have these skills and how it enhances the functioning of the human resource management. The human resource management is a part of the company’s management team. The difference is that it deals with the workforce from the recruitment to the rewarding. Therefore, they need to understand how to deal with different people in all stages.

Data analysis finds patterns in the collected data

Charts and graphs will be used to understand the responses received
In the analysis of data, it will be important to understand what the people in the organizations believe are the benefits of managerial psychology in human resources. The data will be analyzed statistically to understand the trends. On the other hand, the charts and graphs will help to effectively present the results. These visuals also help to easily establish the trends on the benefits of human resources adopting managerial psychology in the workplace.

Ensure the safety of the participants during the study.
Allow the participants to choose not to participate in the study if they so wish.
Obtain the full consent of participants by providing sufficient information to participants before allowing the participants to take part in the study.
Maintain objectivity by avoiding personal questions that are irrelevant to the study.
The researcher would make the following ethical considerations. First, ensure participant information is held with confidentiality. Second, ensure the safety of the participants during the study. Third, allow the participants to choose not to participate in the study if they so wish. Fourth, obtain the full consent of participants. The researcher will provide sufficient information to participants before allowing the participants to take part in the study. Fifth, maintain objectivity by avoiding personal questions that are irrelevant to the study.

Conclusion
Managerial psychology enhances behaviors and relationships
In human resource management, it enhances adoption of culture
It also helps in handling deviant behavior
Human resource management requires that the right skills are acquired, and decisions are made. For this reason, managerial psychology in Nigeria will enhance the functioning of the human resources managers as they are able to establish a culture that enhances the goals and the strategies of the organization. At the same time, it helps to ensure that the deviations are overcome and hence all the departments work towards a common goal. Employee development is also considered with managerial psychology.
