1. Construct a modelling circuit of the single phase half wave diode rectifier shown
in Figure 1, by using circuit simulation software (Psim, Pspice, Multisim,
Mathlab/Simulink etc).

2. Perform the circuit simulation to obtain:
i. The input and out signals (V,I) waveforms.
ii. The average, the peak and the rms values of the waveforms obtain in (i).
iii. Verify the simulated results in 2(ii) using the relevant mathematical equations
