A team of 4-5 skilful IT professionals would be required into begin project development and complete it in six months’ time-period. After careful consideration, the total cost of project would come close to $53000 over the period of six months, and the business will incur an estimate cost of $1420000/year to run. However, the return on investment after taking into consideration the discount of 8% over the period 4 years is 120%. There is a section listing all the requirements, which are accompanied by project assumptions and constraints. Risks associated with the project along with mitigation strategy has been drawn as well. Apart from identifying the major risks, a complete SWOT analysis has been performed as well.
