You should prepare a report and address the following tasks.

a) Describe the service concept of the organisation. (Please see attachment Lecture 2 for writer reference) ***with referencing to support the point

b) Explain how the operations of the organisation contribute to the functioning of the service concept. (Please use attachment Lecture 6) (Role operations of the organization) ***with referencing to support the point

c) Assess how well the operation implements the service concept. (Please use attachment Lecture 7) ***with referencing to support the point Structure of Part C: need to use Volume-variety matrix to discus Capability and Commodity processes only, Lecture 7 page 11 (need to pin in the positioning of the organization) and page 18 (point-to-point to disc​‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍​us one kind of the service in the organization) , and draw the diagrams in this part.

d) Suggest how both the concept and the delivery system might be improved. If you do not see any areas for improvement in these areas, argue a convincing case from an operations management point of view for maintaining the status quo. (Your own suggestion) Answers should be in a report format. You should include concepts and diagrams drawn from the module and also include references and a bibliography.
